Plans are currently underway for rehabilitating a heavily traveled section ofinterstate Highway 10 in the El Paso, Texas, District. This section of highway is to be repaired using a bonded concrete overlay. This two-year study is investigating pavement design, traffic control, and construction methods that will yield a durable pavement at a minimum cost and minimum burden to the public.
