Federal Highway Administration Research and Technology Program Highlights 1994

This report highlights the Federal Highway Administration's 1994 Research andTechnology (R&T) Program and covers research under way, and working with customers to use R&T advances for transportation improvements. It discusses the new approach to R&T, emphasizing staff, reach out to the private sectors for solutions, participating in national and international forums, reshaping the Intelligent Transportation Systems Program, and training and educating customers.
