Lassen Volcanic National Park Geologic Resources Inventory Report.

The Geologic Resources Inventory (GRI) is one of 12 inventories funded by the National Park Service (NPS) Inventory and Monitoring Program. The NPS Geologic Resources Division held a GRI scoping meeting for Lassen Volcanic National Park in California on 1 March 2004 and a follow-up conference call on 8 April 2013 to discuss geologic resources, the status of geologic mapping, and resource management issues and needs. This report synthesizes those discussions and is a companion document to the previously completed GRI digital geologic map data. This Geologic Resources Inventory (GRI) report was written for resource managers at Lassen Volcanic National Park to assist in science-informed decision making; it may also be useful for interpretation.
