The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the California State LandsCommission (SLC) have prepared this Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) to assess the environmental effects of constructing a pipeline to transport natural gas produced in Canada to various end users in northeastern California and western Nevada.
