Automated Program for Trade and Cargo Development. User's Manual

The program is composed of ten modules: (1) International and Domestic TradeData, (2) Mississippi Trade Directory; (3) Import and Export Banking, (4) Journal of Commerce Data, (5) Foreign Trade Zone Information, (6) Miscellaneous Resources, (7) Communications Component, (8) Brochure and Letter Templates, (9) Maintenance Module, and (10) GIS Component. Each module has automated routines for retrieving, sorting, analyzing, and reporting trade data. The program was developed in the Microsoft Access for Windows database system and can be used stand-alone or as part of a local area network. It also incorporates several third-part software packages and automated communications with on-line trade information networks. This document illustrates the automated routines and provides an overview of each program module via screen illustrations and narrative discussion. However, not all subcomponents and their screens of each module are covered. That detail is contained in a much more comprehensive User's Manual held by JMAA.
