Information Collection Request for the Great Lakes Water Quality Guidance

The Information Collection Request (ICR) calculates the burden and costsassociated with the Great Lakes Water Quality Guidance. The Guidance identifies minimum water quality criteria, implementation procedures, and antidegradation provisions for the Great Lakes System. Implementation of these provisions is dependent upon future promulgation of provisions consistent with the final Guidance by State or Tribal agencies or, if necessary, EPA.
