This Working Paper, the third in a series of six, summarizes the results of Task211u001e3-Requirements Analysis-of the Traveler Information Services (TIS) Project. The l-211u001e95 Traveler Information Services Project is an Advanced Traveler Information 211u001eSystem (ATIS) implementation tailored to the unique needs of the Northeast 211u001eCorridor. The project is designed to acquire and disseminate information on 211u001eroadway traffic conditions, and other pertinent transportation information 211u001ethroughout the Corridor.
