We pleased to be heer today to discuss the Department of Defense's (DOD) effortsto implement the Chief Financial Officers (DFO) Act. Today, as you asked, we will highlight the results of financial audits since the passage of the CFO Act and provide our perspective on the major challenges facing the Department in meeting the act's objectives.
