Regulations (9 CFR 201.73) issued under authority of the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921, as amended and supplemented (7 U.S.C. 181 et seq.), require that persons weighing live poultry for purposes of purchase or sale under the Act shall perform their duties in accordance with official instructions. Regulations (9 CFR 201.76,201.82 and 201.108-1).
