As part of the recently announced administrative reforms to the Superfund211u001eprogram, the Administrator stated that EPA would reaffirm its commitment to 211u001e'allow PRPs to conduct risk assessments under proper circumstances as part of the 211u001eoverall site study (RI/FS).' This memorandum announces EPA's revised policy on 211u001eallowing PRPs to conduct the risk assessment portion of the RI/FS.
