Will will be discussing employment taxes--federal income tax withholding; federalsocial security and Medicare taxes (FICA); federal unemployment tax (FUTA); and, to a degree, state and local employment taxes. We will focus on the the impact of these varied employment tax laws and regulations on small businesses hiring their first-employees and all employees thereafter.
