The Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton Housing Market Area (HMA) comprises Carbon, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties in Pennsylvania and Warren County in New Jersey. For this analysis, the HMA is approximately 60 miles northwest of Philadelphia and 90 miles west of New York City, and it is coterminous with the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, PA-NJ Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city of Allentown is currently revitalizing the downtown area, including building a new sports arena that will be home to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, a minor league hockey team.
