Attached is the USAID Technical Assistance program completion report for the APVRT. The project was scheduled to finish 31 December 1995, but was granted one month extension to complete the obligations to the APV RT. This project was extremely valuabe for Hungary, but also very challenging for all involved. In 1995, Hungary completed over $3 billion in privatizations, and privatized its utility sector further than most western european nations.
