Forestry and the Environment: An Assessment of USAID Support for ForestStewardship

This report summarizes findings from an assessment of the environmentalcontribution of selected forestry projects of the U.S. Agency for International Development. The assessment draws on field studies and literature reviews conducted by the Center for Development Information and Evaluation (CDIE). Findings and conclusions are for use by Agency managers and decision-makers in determining the course of future USAID support for forestry conservation.
