摘要

The goal was to stimulate collaboration between Illinois' aging and developmentaldisabilities service systems. Objectives were to: (1) bolster the supports for older individuals with developmental disabilities and for older family caregivers through improved internetwork collaboration: (2) encourage future planning activities to prevent crises when older families are no longer able to care for their relative with a disability; and (3) improve access to Older Americans Act services and programs for older adults with developmental disabilities.
