Evaluation of Dust Samplers for Bare Floors and Upholstery

摘要

The high volume small surface sampler (HVS3) has been validated for measuringlead, pesticides, PAHs, and PCBs in dust in carpets. This report describes test using the HVS3 to collect dust on bare floors and the newly-developed high volume furniture sampler (HVFS) used to collect dust from ten used couches, test pillows with flat and velvet coverings, and hard surfaces.
