Economic Impact and Regulatory Flexibility Analysis of the Regulation of VOCsfrom Consumer Products

This report evaluates the impacts of the final rule for controls of volatileorganic compounds (VOC) in 25 markets for consumer products. Total social costs are estimated by evaluating costs of compliance with the rule and associated market impacts, including: price changes for 25 market segments, adjustments in quantity produced, small entity impacts, and employments losses.
