Single Slag Practice in the AOD Process

摘要

This report describes a process control model for the single slag practice of thereduction-desulphurization stage of an AOD converter unit process. The model itself is mathematically simple, but creating favorable circumstances for the single slag practice has already been stated to be dependent on the performance of other unit processes and, especially in the Si reduction, on the elimination of disadvantageous cumulations of some acidic slag compounds, like SiO2, in the total process.
