Cultural Resources Survey of Approximately 5,625 Acres Within the Fort SillMilitary Reservation, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Fort Sill Military Reservation Technical Series

This report presents the results of an intensive archeological survey of 5,625acres located within nine parcels of land on the Fort Sill Military Reservation in Comanche County, Oklahoma. Archival research and informant interviews were also conducted to identify potential historical sites and to assess the significance of recorded historic sites. The cultural resource assessments presented here represent one phase of the efforts of the Fort Sill Military Reservation to meet its legal responsibilities for the identification, evaluation, and treatment of cultural resource properties under its jurisdiction.
