Control of Volatile Organic Compound Emissions from Coating Operations atAerospace Manufacturing and Rework Operations. Guideline Series

The draft control techniques guideline (CTG) document identifies presumptivereasonably available control technology (RACT) for controlling volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions from aerospace coatings and cleaning solvents. The CTG guidance also reflects EPA's determination of best available control (BAC) measures for this industry. The CTG document is intended to provide State and local air pollution control authorities with an information base for proceeding with their evaluation and analyses of RACT for their own regulations.
