This decision document amends the 1992 Record of Decision (ROD) for remedialaction at the Cannelton Industries, Inc. site, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The final remedy addresses remediation of soil and sediment contamination by eliminating or reducing the principal threat posed by contaminated tannery waste, contaminated soil and sediment at the site, through containment and removal.
