Electronic FISAP: FISAP and Cancellation Edits. User Guide

The August 1997 Electronic FISAP User Guide is designed to be used byinstitutions for the submission of initial FISAP, Edit I, Edit II, and Service Cancellation data to the Department of Education (ED). Each edit phase involves correcting FISAP data submitted in the previous phase. The Electronic FISAP is a PC program produced by ED for use by institutions that want to participate in the Campus-Based programs. The software enables institutions to enter FISAP data for efficient submission to ED. The data is used to calculate allocations in the Federal Perkins Loan Program, the Federal Work Study Program, and the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Program.
