Publication 78 is updated and reissued annually. Three cumulative quarterlysupplements are published each year containing additions and name changes. Other changes, i.e., address, etc. are reflected in the complete annual issuance in September. This Supplement is an alphabetical list of new organizations on the Exempt Organizations/Business Master File for the period beginning October 1, 1996 and ending March 31, 1997.
