Helsinki Graduate School in Computer Science and Engineering (HeCSE) is a post-graduate program in computer science and computer engineering jointly offerd by Helsinki University of Technology (HUT) and the University of Helsinki (UH). HeCSE incorporates the following laboratories and departments: Laboratory of Information Processing Science (IPS); Laboratory of Telecommunications Software and Multimedia (TCM); Digital Systems Laboratory (DS); Laboratory of Signal Processing and Computer Technology (SPCT); Laboratory of Computer and Information Science (CIS); Neural Networks Research Centre (NNRC); and Department of Computer Science (CS).
