Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bars from Turkey. Investigation No. 731-TA-745 (Final)

Based on the record in this investigation, the authors find that a regionalindustry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of steel concrete reinforcing bars ('rebar') from Turkey that have been found by the Department of Commerce ('Commerce') to be sold in the United States at less than fair value ('LTFV'). The authors further make a negative determination regarding critical circumstances with respect to subject imports of rebar from Turkey.
