This appraisal report begins with a description of the area and the project'sscope, purpose, and authorization. After a discussion of problems and needs related to wastewater management, and the identification of limitations to solving those problems, some potential solutions are analyzed. Possible environmental effects of wastewater management changes are cited. The appraisal report concludes with a discusion of further planning measures that may be undertaken.
