The report highlights the results that were achieved through the LGHP and isdivided into six sections. The first section details ICMA's strategic approach to technical assistance delivery under the LGHP contract. The second section summarizes the challenges municipalities faced when the contract was initiated. The third section describes the types of assistance that were provided. The fourth section highlights the specific results that have been achieved under the contract. In the fifth section lessons learned during the period of the contract are identified. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are presented.
