This document presents the Agency's decision regarding the reregistrationeligibility of the registered uses of mepiquat chloride including the risk to infants and children for any potential dietary, drinking water, dermal, inhalation or other oral exposures, and cumulative effects as stipulated under the FQPA. Section I is the introduction. Section II describes mepiquat chloride, its uses, data requirements and regulatory history. Section III discusses the human health and environmental assessment based on the data available to the Agency. Section IV presents the reregistration decision for mepiquat chloride. Section V discusses the reregistration requirements for mepiquat chloride. Finally, Section VI is the Appendices which support this Reregistration Eligibility Decision.
