Gas Research Institute (GRI) program, directed to research, development, anddemonstration (RD&D) that produce mutual benefits for all gas consumers and the gas industry, is summarized in this report. GRI vision, mission, and strategic intent, on which the overall program goals are based, are highlighted. GRI objectives, established with the help of the recommendations from GRI board-level advisory bodies and the Board of Directors, are presented as overall strategic objectives and the more targeted, business-unit-level program objectives, with specific, quanitative targets. This short report also includes the program budget summary.
