Outline of Law and Procedure in Representation Cases

This is the second updated edition of 'An Outline of Law and Procedure inRepresentation Cases' issued during the authors' term as the General Counsel. It was originally published in the early 1960s and was periodically upated through 1972 by former Assistant General Counsel Elihu Platt. In 1992, after a 20-year hiatus, then Board Solicitor John E. Higgens, Jr. updated the volume, later prepared a supplement, and drafted the 1995 edition. Mr. Higgins has now prepared a fully updated edition which carries the text to October 1, 1997. Improved processing of representation cases remains one of the author's key objectives as the General Counsel.
