Survey of the Lake Huron and Lake Michigan Coastal Zones for Great Lakes Endemic Plant Species.

This report contains the results of a 1996 inventory conducted to complete a comprehensive inventory of the Lower Michigan coastal zone for rare plants. The inventory was directed primarily at achieving a more complete statewide database for the federally listed Houghton's goldenrod, Michigan monkey-flower, dwarf lake iris, and Pitcher's thistle, the Great Lakes endemics whose best or only populations occur on Michigan's shores.
