Pursuant to Section 208, Subsections 22 211u001e(d),(e), and (f), of the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Lands Act, as amended in 211u001e1978, and the Department of the Interior Regulations 30 CFR Part 250, the 211u001eMinerals Management Service (MMS) is required to investigate and prepare a public 211u001ereport of this accident.
