First Step Towards Distributed Mokum

摘要

This report gives a short review of the current state-of-art in software agent211u001etechnology, and a first distributed version of the Mokum language is presented, 211u001ebased on TCP communication. An application of distributed Mokum is presented as a 211u001emechanism for agent-based activities (such as automated reasoning or distributed 211u001esearch), which illustrates the use of Mokum for modeling distributed and 211u001ecooperative information systems over the Internet. Mokum is an active object 211u001eoriented knowledge base system, coupling declarativity of logic programming with 211u001eobject orientation and pro-activeness.
