The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected patient care activities to determine whether the community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) and primary care clinics (PCCs) provide safe, consistent, and high-quality health care for our veterans. We conducted a site visit during the week of July 21, 2014, at the Santa Ana CBOC, Santa Ana, CA, which is under the oversight of the VA Long Beach Healthcare System and Veterans Integrated Service Network 22.
