The major objectives of this study are: to obtain relevant results forscintillation from the 20 and 30 GHz Olympus measurements on a 12.7 deg elevation path; to improve or develop models for scintillation predictions; to develop methods to combine scintillation and attenuation to predict the total fade margin; and to obtain relevant meteorological data for scintillation and attenuation studies; This Report describes the execution of these tasks, and the results obtained.
