In December 1969, the first issue of the Schizophrenia Bulletin was issued on anexperimental basis. Its appearance was followed over the next 4 years by 10 additional experimental issues. On September 25, 1974, permission was granted by the Office of Management and Budget for the Bulletin to be established as a regular quarterly publication. The Secretary of Health and Human Services has determined that the publication of this periodical is necessary in the transaction of the public business required by law of this Departmnent. Use of funds for printing this periodical has been approved by the Director of the Office of Management and Budget through September 30, 1997.
