We demonstrate how it is possible to reconstruct networks of intercommunicationunits usign coincidences of transmission intervals alone. It is assumed that transmissions come in pairs--the first one sends and the second answers, although more complex communication patterns may used. Each possible pair of transmission is matched with a likelihood function, which depends only on the time delay between the transmissions, resulting in a matrix of probabilities. In realistic cases, a significant fraction of the communication probabilities are distributed in the center of the interval zero to one, and therefore no reliable conclusions may be drawn form the probability matrix alone.
