Product advantage is the number one factor influencing commercial success. In order for a product to have commercial success, consumers must perceive this product advantage. The communication of produce advantage is often difficult, as people perceive a large number of commercial messages every day, and market competition has become more intensive. Also, the product differentiation is often difficult, as in most markets product are similar in technical characteristics, quality, and price.
