Wheat Gluten. Investigation No. TA-210-67

On the basis of the information in the investigation, the Commission unanimously(1) determines, pursuant to section 202(b) of the Trade Act of 1974, what wheat gluten is being imported into the United States in such increased quantities as to be a substantial cause of serious injury to the domestic industry producing an article like or directly competitive with the imported article; and (2) makes negative findings, pursuant to section 311(a) of the North American Free-Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Implementation Act, with respect to imports of wheat gluten from Canada and Mexico.
