摘要

The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) has initiated a comprehensivestrategy to coordinate existing communication involving activities within HCFA and develop innovative, effective approaches that make information accessible to all program participants. To develop these strategies for physicians and their office staff participating in the Medicare program, HCFA funded this study to conduct Market Research for Physicians. This research is designed to answer two central questions: What information do physicians and their office staff need and want from HCFA; and How can this information be most effectively made available.
