This final supplement to the final resources management plan and environmentalimpact statement for Santa Rosa Island proposes actions to (1) improve water quality in surface streams and protect riparation habitat areas on Santa Rosa Island, and (2) promote the conservation and recovery of rare species of plants and animals on Santa Rosa, as well as the habitats upon which they depend.
