The VA Office of Inspector General (OIG) Office of Healthcare Inspections assessed allegations concerning staffing and delays in care at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care Systems (CAVHCS) combined Podiatry Clinic located at Maxwell Air Force Base (MAFB), AL at the request of Senator Jeff Sessions. The purpose of the review was to determine whether the allegations had merit.
