NIST Measurement Services: NIST Multifunction Calibration System

摘要

The NIST automated Multifunction Calibration System (MCS) for voltage, current,and resistance is described. Developed primarily to calibrate digital multimeters and calibrators, the system can also be used to test thermal converters, and micropotentiometers. Methods for characterizing the MCS over a wide range of amplitudes at frequencies from dc to 30 MHz are described.
