The purpose of this report is to present descriptive information on the dynamics211u001eof WIC receipt by children, based on the 1991 and 1992 panels of the Survey of 211u001eIncome and Program Participation (SIPP). Because of various limitations of the 211u001eSIPP, the analyses in this report should be reviewed as exploratory and 211u001esuggestive rather than conclusive.
