The Trilateral Statistical Working Group (TSWG) was an initiative of the USPTO to211u001erespond to a proposal by the EPA for a technical group working on statistical 211u001eissues relevant to the Trilateral Offices. During the June 2-4, 1998 Trilateral 211u001eTechnical Meeting in Washington, DC, the USPTO offered to host the first meeting 211u001eof the TSWG to provide an opportunity for the Trilateral Offices to discuss and 211u001emake recommendations on the following. (1) Five Proposals for Enhancing the 211u001eTrilateal Statistical Report (TSR); (2) Review and Updating of the Trilateral 211u001eStatistical Report; (3) Modeling and Forecasting of Patent Application Filings; 211u001eand (4) Three Proposals for Exchanging of Business Information.
