Higher Order Weierstrass Approximation Theorem. A New Proof

The theorem studied is known before. The authors give some discussion. Here is given a different kind of proof than usual built on Sobolev space, i.e. here elementary Poincare inequalities complemented with Weierstrass approximation theorem. This is course material documented for the technical aspects of the proof.
