This report shows the cost of constructing jurisdictional interstate natural gaspipeline and compression facilities. It summarizes and compares reported costs identified by the year in which construction ended for the period 1987 through 1990. The report presents comparative cost and physical data for pipeline and compressor station construction. Also presented are project-by-project listing of cost and physical data that were reported to the Commission from August 1, 1990, through July 31, 1991.
