Accordingly, this report discusses the authors evaluation of (1) the extent to211u001ewhich IRS' certification process identified violations of law and policy, (2) IRS 211u001eemployees' perceptions of the use of tax enforcement results in their annual 211u001eperformance evaluations, (3) supervisors' use of tax enforcement results in 211u001ewritten employee performance evaluations, and (4) IRS' efforts to revise the 211u001ecertification process.
