Assessment of Natural Attenuation of Contamination from Three Source Areas in the211 East Management Unit, Dover Air Force Base, Kent County, Delaware

Analysis of the hydrogeology and the chemical composition of water samples from211u001ethree contamination source areas (LF13, LF15/WP14, and FT03) in the East 211u001eManagement Unit of Dover Air Force Base indicate that natural attenuation 211u001eprocesses are reducing the concentrations of regulated chlorinated aliphatic 211u001ehydrocarbons to levels below the Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCL's) established 211u001eby the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
