This publication can aid you in completing an application for a COPS School-BasedPartnerships grant. It provides background on most of the questions in the grant application. Several passages are repeated directly from the application, but most of the information presented here is new. This publication also may be useful to policing agencies and community groups that are not applying for grant funds under this program area but wish to enhance their problem-solving partnership efforts.
